An AI creative consultancy combining strategy, creative direction, and production into a single process. From concept to final output — built for scale, speed, and creative control.
View WorkThe way campaigns are made is changing.
AI doesn't replace creative direction — it demands more of it. The brands getting the best results are the ones treating AI as a creative tool, not a cost-cutting exercise.
We combine strategy, creative direction, and AI-native production into a single process — where ideas are explored, refined, and delivered with greater speed, flexibility, and creative control.
We also believe in doing this responsibly. Every project is built on an ethical, strategic approach to AI — ensuring the technology is implemented thoughtfully, transparently, and in a way that strengthens rather than replaces the creative process.
The result is work that is more distinctive, more scalable, and built for how modern campaigns actually get made.
Jessica began her career in strategy and innovation at Capgemini, working with global brands including Unilever, Kingfisher, NHS, and DWP — developing a systems-led approach to scaling ideas across complex organisations.
She moved into the creative industry producing BFI-backed films and feature projects, then stepped into Creative Director roles across digital platforms — leading campaigns and content partnerships with brands including Victoria's Secret, Rimmel, and MAC Cosmetics that reached millions.
Now working at the intersection of strategy, creative direction, and AI, she brings a perspective that most people in this space can't — the ability to think commercially about how brands adopt new processes, while directing the creative work at the highest standard.
At PEARCE AI she partners with brands and creative teams to develop campaigns, run workshops, and build AI into creative operations — from concept through to final output.
